I grew up in an era where boys were considered more important than girls, and in many cases, not equal to them.

This evoked a real fire in my belly and I embarked on a life long journey to show just how amazing women are.

I myself became a Scientist and have spent over 30 years in the food industry, but  that was my career. I am a fully certificate Coaching & Leadership Development Coach (OTHM) and a NLP Practitioner.

My passion is to continue to work with women and help them find their amazing self’s, so that they in turn can transform their lives, and all the lives all around them.

This passion has brought me to this point and work in partnership with my fellow founders to create “Seva4Women”.

Seva means selfless service and this is the aim of our foundation.
We are here to support women and enable them to be the person they’ve always wanted to be.

 My name is Inderjeet Kaur. Born and raised in India, I moved to Canada at 18. My loving family in Canada includes my parents, husband, two daughters, and a son. 

Growing up, I saw the struggles women faced. With three sisters and two brothers, I was keenly aware of the challenges my mother endured.

Around six years ago, I took a leap, determined to break barriers and become unstoppable. 

My mission is to help every woman I meet awaken her 'Sherni' (lioness) within, putting societal stereotypes to rest. In today's world, women can achieve incredible feats; every woman is a superwoman. 

As a realtor, leader, project manager, certified life coach, professor for real estate and insurance, and an advocate for women's empowerment.

   My name is Prinitan Sandhu Kalsi and I have been an immigrant in Canada since 2006 with my two lovely children and a Husband.

I am an educator, mentor and a certified Life and Purpose Coach.

The events and experiences in my life have moulded me into a  “ Women of Substance”.  

From a very young age curiosity and sensitivity had me questioning the, “ Why”? I delved into spiritual books and seek for wisdom and knowledge to understand the core of the art of living a fulfilled and happy meaningful life.

I believe that Life is not just about receiving and enjoying the abundance and the blessings the universe has showered upon us, but giving it back with kindness and compassion in the form of Service /Seva to humanity.

I have embarked on a journey to help Women from all walks of life to see their inner light and strength by, “ Listening to the unspoken". I want to lend my shoulder to every women who has a story behind the beautiful smile. 

Together we explore values, interests, passion and the drive to live an  authentic life with an identity and purpose that every spiritual being desires. I call it aloud,  “ We are here for a reason”. 

 Hi! I’m Paminder - based in the U.K., and mum to my gorgeous fur baby, Bailey.  

Growing up second generation, I felt the weight of unspoken expectations. As the youngest in my family, I watched boys being placed on pedestals, whilst girls were conditioned to stay silent and serve men as if they were their own child. Being the ‘good’ girl meant dimming your voice.  

But something inside me knew I was meant to be the change in my family. I chose to see my voice as my strength - not something to silence or pass down.  

That journey led me to earn my OTHM Post Graduate Coaching & Leadership Development Level 7 Diploma and I am an NLP Practitioner. 

Today, I help others find their voice, break free from limiting beliefs, and step into *their* truth - whether it’s feeling unheard in relationships or holding back from a dream career.  

Because when you find your voice, everything changes.

My name is Sandeep Kaur and I live in Punjab, India with my husband, our two beautiful daughters—my biggest cheerleaders and greatest teachers—and my supportive in-laws. 

I’ve had the blessing of living and traveling across different parts of the world. Each place has gifted me lessons, stories, and a deeper understanding of the rich diversity of humanity. And yet, everywhere I go, I feel the same universal thread that connects us all — whether you call it God, the Universe, or something else entirely — there is a divine oneness that holds us together. 

Since childhood, I have deeply valued genuine connections and honest relationships—believing that love, trust, and presence are the true foundations of any family. I see myself as the needle that binds relationships together with care and compassion, rather than the scissor that tears them apart. 

This lifelong belief inspired my journey and has become the foundation of my work as a Relationship and Parenting Coach and ultimately led me to create Healing Souls with Love, a coaching and support community dedicated to nurturing healthy family bonds. 

I support women in navigating the challenges of their relationships and family life, helping them discover practical, heart-centred ways that work best for their unique homes and circumstances.
